9. LEGENDARY BRITISH VINTAGE BLACK

The Vincent Black Lightning was a Vincent-HRD motorcycle first built in September 1948 at the Vincent works in Great North RoadStevenageHertfordshire, UK, and produced from 1948 to 1952. The bike was a purpose-built factory modified Black Shadow that was then named and produced as the Black Lightning. At the time the Black Lightning was the fastest production motorcycle in the world.

Vincent-HRD began motorcycle production in 1928 and were well established after World War II when they launched the 1,000 cc (61 cu in) Black Lightning. This was a production version of the Black Lightning which held the motorcycle land-speed record, with a similar engine specification.

8. DODGE TOMAHAWK V10 SUPERBIKE:

The Dodge Tomahawk is a non–street legal concept vehicle introduced by Dodge at the 2003 North American International Auto Show that was subsequently produced and sold in very small numbers. The Tomahawk attracted significant press and industry attention for its striking design, its outsize-displacement, 10-cylinder car engine, and its four close-coupled wheels, which give it a motorcycle-like appearance. Experts disagreed on whether it is a true motorcycle. The Retro-Art Deco design's central visual element is the 500-horsepower (370 kW), 8.3-litre (510 cu in) V10 SRT10 engine from the Dodge Viper sports car. The Tomahawk's two front and two rear wheels are sprung independently, which would allow it to lean into corners and countersteer like a motorcycle.

7.HARLEY DAVIDSON COSMIC STARSHIP :

Harley-Davidson, Inc.H-D, or Harley, is an American motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1903 in MilwaukeeWisconsin. Along with Indian, it was one of two major American motorcycle manufacturers to survive the Great Depression. The company has survived numerous ownership arrangements, subsidiary arrangements, periods of poor economic health and product quality, and intense global competition to become one of the world's largest motorcycle manufacturers and an iconic brand widely known for its loyal following. There are owner clubs and events worldwide, as well as a company-sponsored, brand-focused museum.
Harley-Davidson is noted for a style of customization that gave rise to the chopper motorcycle style. The company traditionally marketed heavyweight, air-cooled cruiser motorcycles with engine displacements greater than 700 cc, but it has broadened its offerings to include more contemporary VRSC (2002) and middle-weight Street (2015) platforms.

 6.HARLEY DAVIDSON BUCHERER BLUE:

Harley davidson motorcycles are a preferred choice of custom shops and there have been numerous interesting examples across the world. However, the recently unveiled Harley-Davidson Blue Edition seems to have crossed all boundaries of exclusivity and hence, is limited to just one unit. Swiss watch and jewellery brand Bucherer joined hands with German custom bike specialist Bundnerbike to pull this one-off extravagant mod job. The creation of the Harley-Davidson Blue Edition took almost 2,500 hours and it was built by a team of eight people from Bucherer and Bundnerbike. It may be hard to believe but the donor bike for the Harley Davidson Blue Edition is the Softail S although the result looks nowhere close to the original model. Most of the elements on this customised Harley Davidson are custom made including the rims and frame.

5. YAMAHA BMS CHOPPER:

chopper is a type of custom motorcycle which emerged in California in the late 1950s. The chopper is perhaps the most extreme of all custom styles, often using radically modified steering angles and lengthened forks for a stretched-out appearance. They can be built from an original motorcycle which is modified ("chopped") or built from scratch. Some of the characteristic features of choppers are long front ends with extended forks often coupled with an increased rake angle, hardtail frames (frames without rear suspension), very tall "ape hanger" or very short "drag" handlebars, lengthened or stretched frames, and larger than stock front wheels. The "sissy bar", a set of tubes that connect the rear fender with the frame, and which are often extended several feet high, is a signature feature on many choppers.

4. HILDIBRAND & WOLFMULLER:

The Hildebrand & Wolfmüller was the world's first production motorcycle. Heinrich and Wilhelm Hildebrand were steam-engine engineers before they teamed up with Alois Wolfmüller to produce their internal combustion Motorrad in Munich in 1894.

3.ECOSSE ES1 SPIRIT:

The light weight—100 pounds less than current 1000cc sportbikes—comes from “deleting the chassis.” Some savings come from the literal lack of a frame. Swingarm and rear suspension attach to the gearbox, and front suspension to the engine. More comes from eliminating the weight associated with transmitting front-wheel forces up a slender fork through a steering-head then back down to the rest of the machine. The front suspension consists of twin A-arms, projecting forward, their apices defining a steer axis and carrying an upright from which projects the front-wheel spindle. The lower A-arm is, in effect, a single-sided swingarm. To avoid the “muddy” steering feel of earlier articulated front ends, the handlebars are on the upward-projected steer axis, their motions so defined that resulting feel will be like that of the familiar direct-steering telescopic fork.

2.1949 E90 AJS PORCUPINE:

The motorcycle was originally designed by AJS to be supercharged, as were a number of pre-war racing bikes, but the FICM banned supercharging in 1946.The motor was then worked on to allow it to perform without a supercharger. Jock West first rode the machine at the 1947 Isle of Man TT where he experienced teething problems relegating him to a 15th place, although he recorded the third fastest lap time of the race. Leslie Graham then rode the bike to victory in the inaugural 1949 FIM 500cc world championship. This was the only World Championship win for AJS. Despite this victory, the bike is often cited as unreliable, and not living up to its promise.
